Delivery of Flowers

Next Day Delivery: We need to receive all orders by midday, Monday to Friday, for next day delivery in London. (Flower deliveries will be delivered up to 6pm). We do not deliver on Sunday but you can arrange collection from Scarlet & Violet, 76 Chamberlayne Road, London NW10 3JJ or arrange your own courier collection during our opening hours.

Pre Ordered Deliveries : These will delivered on the requested date between the hours of 9-6pm

Delivery charges vary depending on the postcode area.

On delivery of an order, if the recipient is not at home, we will either leave with a neighbour or in a safe place and put a card through the door advising. Alternatively, return the delivery to the shop, informing both the sender by email and the recipient by the telephone number provided.

Delivery of all Other Items 

Delivery of books, bags and vases can be delivered within our designated London delivery areas for next day delivery or any requested pre order date.  If you have ordered a book or bag for nationwide delivery, it will delivered via your requested delivery service.  We do not deliver on Sundays but items can be collected from Scarlet & Violet or by your own courier collection during our opening hours.

If you have ordered a Scarlet & Violet gift card online this will be sent to you by email.  On the gift card will be a code and instructions will be given how to redeem them at checkout.  We accept Scarlet & Violet gift cards online and in store as payment for products.  Gift cards can not be used to purchase another Scarlet & Violet gift card.
